Important Historical Events

This page gathers the major events that define Omniluxian history. For exact dates and fuller sequence, use the Timeline; this page is a navigational overview.

Omnic Age¶

• Creation of Omniluxia - the Kosmic Beings shape the world, the Age of Reptiles begins, and Mega-Erpons reign.
• Passing of the Kosmic Beings - the last Kosmic essence becomes part of the Primordial Wells, creating the foundation of mana.

Mythic Age¶

• Emergence of the Four Great Gods - Naathran, Wishtheon, Wielkopan, and Melodias rise as the strongest surviving divine powers.
• Birth of the Races - elves, dwarves, goblins, gnomes, Dragkhans, proto-humans, Kinones, and humans emerge through divine acts and migrations.
• Great Primordial War - the Sky Empire of the Lord of the Winds and Old Dragons wars against the Terran Coalition of Mother Earth, Stone Father, and their children.
• End of the Dwarven Golden Age - Old Dragkhan invasions destroy the first great dwarven and elven orders.

Wonder Age¶

• The Party of the Great Heroes - sent by the Zerywani Twins to seal the Primordial Wells and protect humanity from Melodias.
• Guer and Onageter - Guer defeats Onageter and redirects orcish religion toward the Gotzon tradition.
• Artheous and the Wyrms - Artheous saves Arteonia and becomes the center of later religious dispute.

Human Age¶

• Rise of Humanity - humans spread across nearly every continent except Polaria.
• Arteonian Religious Split - northerners and southerners divide over whether Artheous was human or divine.
• Arrival of the High Elves - Atheusian fleets and colonies reshape western lands and begin long wars with Horteonians and Arteonians.
• Creation of the Drow - High Elves flee into caves and are transformed by food cursed by Melodias.

Zanic Age¶

• Founding of the Eagelian Kingdom - Sumun the Great establishes the calendar era.
• Rise of Zanis - Zanis the Great transforms the Eagelian Kingdom into the Zani Empire.
• War of the Three Emperors - rival Zani houses struggle over imperial authority.
• Great Northern War - the Zani conquer Northern capitals, leading to the siege of Petramonis.

Post-Zanic Age¶

• The Great Collapse - Theolosius opens Melodias's Well, destroying Petramonis and splitting Omniluxia.
• Rise of Helluvianism - the burning of Helluvius and the Incident give the faith its martyrdom and spiritual structure.
• Rise of Zainudianism - Bachin and Jaoz receive revelations and begin the Jaxan Conquests.
• Great Division of the Zani Empire - Razani and Nazani successor empires emerge from the broken imperial world.

Middle Age¶

• Great Zinduidian Revolt - coalitions push back Zaraken power and shatter the Zakara Kephal.
• Jarenam Invasion - Jarenam the Formidable leads a Yarenamian slave revolt into one of western Luxterra's largest conquests.
• War of the Empty Throne - the early Age of Invasions opens with conflict over Nazani succession.
