Kosmic Beings
The Kosmic Beings were the oldest known creators of Omniluxia. They belong to the deep Omnic Age, before the rise of the Primordials, the Four Great Gods, or the mortal races.
World-Makers¶
Between roughly 300 million and 100,000 BLC, the Kosmic Beings developed and shaped the world. This era also saw the Age of Reptiles and the reign of the Mega-Erpons, placing the Kosmic Beings at the beginning of both divine and natural history.
By 100,000 BLC, the first birds appeared, and World Serpents and Old Dragons evolved from Mega-Erpons. The Kosmic order was therefore not separate from living evolution; it formed the ancient world from which later monstrous, draconic, and serpentine lineages emerged.
Disappearance¶
Around 70,000 BLC, the last Kosmic Being disappeared forever. Its essence was distributed among the developing Primordial Beings and coalesced into the Primordial Wells, forming the foundation of all mana.
This disappearance marks the transition from the Kosmic world to the Mythic Age. Afterward, Primordial Beings began to emerge and reign, Naathran developed in the east, the Lord of the Winds appeared, and the continents became recognizable.
Legacy¶
The Kosmic Beings left no ordinary civilizations, scriptures, or kingdoms. Their legacy is structural: the world itself, the earliest life, the mana foundation of the Primordial Wells, and the divine conditions that allowed later gods to exist.
