This page records external and development material used to develop and cross-check the lore of the Chronicles of Omniluxia Wiki. External sources and mod files are evidence for the setting, but the wiki's pages remain the clearest statement of current canon when details have changed during development.

Visual History of the Zani Empire, 619-1001 LC¶

The video is a compact visual reference for the Zani Empire's late history. It is especially useful alongside the Timeline, Zani Empire, Great Northern War, and Great Collapse pages. The video has no captions, so individual map labels and transitions should be checked against the written timeline before being treated as definitive.

Lore Covered by the Video¶

• 619-621 LC: the Zani campaigns against Saptarum and Srrorum, the sack of Saptabi, the Saptan feudatory settlement, the end of the Pax Zanica, and the Zani defeat at Hlivikkabi.
• 626-651 LC: the spread of independence movements, the rise of steppe pressure, and the approach of the Great Northern War.
• 652-670 LC: Zani conquest of the United Northern Empire's capitals, the siege of Petramonis, and the Incident that destroyed the old imperial order.
• 671-690 LC: the oceanic separation of the empire, competing emperors, regional revolts and invasions, the restoration campaigns of O-Punnzen, and the final division into the Razani and Nazani empires.
• 697-1001 LC: the changing borders of the successor states, the rise of Zainudianism and Helluvianism, the growth of the Soventeir and Zakara powers, and the crises that precede the modern setting.

Omniluxia Mod Files¶

The wiki also cross-checks lore against private development copies of the Imperator: Rome mod files. These files are useful for short canonical notes that may not yet have full prose pages.

Zanis and the Early Empire¶

• Timeline: Timeline.md, especially 41-97 LC, records Zanis's return, coup, conquests, calendar reform, retirement, death, and religious ascent tradition.
• Load tips: localization\load_tips\load_tips_l_english.yml preserves compact lore about Zanis, Cyrogelos, the Luxterran Calendar reform, the Betrayal at Ruzel, the Pomegranate Throne, the missing body of Zanis, Wishtheon's invitation, and the later memory of the Cult of Zanis.
• Zanisite deities: common\deities\00_zanism.txt identifies Zanis as the First Emperor and places Cyrogelos/Sol, Lupegen/Mercurio, Mina/Minerva, Wishtheon/Ceresia, Sumun, and others within the Cult of Zanis.
• Treasures: setup\main\02_treasures.txt includes the Imperial Zani Regalia, Ashes of Zanis, and Tales from the Zanic Age as surviving relics or records associated with the Zanic world.
