Glossary

This compact reference defines the calendar, identity, geography, and system terms that recur throughout the wiki. Use it when a page assumes context that the opening sentence does not spell out.

Dating and History¶

• LC — Luxterran Calendar, the calendar used by the campaign start and most historical pages.
• BLC — Before Luxterran Calendar.
• Great Collapse — the catastrophe in 670 LC that shattered the old order and released Melodias during the Incident at Petramonis.

People and Identity¶

• Culture — a social, linguistic, and institutional tradition. See Cultures.
• Race — a people or ancestry category used by the setting and game data. See Races.
• Faith — a religion or official state belief. See Religions.
• State faith — the faith recorded for a country at the campaign start; it does not imply that every subject worships identically.

Geography¶

• Peaceful Valley / Jaaltuvesk — the Kinone homeland and mythic Gnomish birthplace in Luxterra. It is not the Green Valley of the Silver Dwarves.
• Old World — the established continents and regions known to the main historical record.
• New World — a deliberately withheld and actively revised region; its public page is only a development note.

Systems¶

• Bloodline — an inherited status trait with character, country, province, or unit effects.
• Great Wonder — a completed ancient monument with a controller and active doctrine or construction effect.
• Holy-site item — a treasure associated with a sacred location and its local effects.
